The latest reports from Portugal suggest that Liverpool have already made moves ahead of the next summer transfer window, as they have reportedly secured the signing of highly coveted Portuguese midfielder Ruben Neves from the newly promoted Wolves.

Neves only joined Wolves last summer, despite interest from various Premier League clubs and the opportunity to continue his career at Porto, who played in the Champions League this year, but surprisingly opted to join the Jorge Mendes project with the Wolves in the Championship.

After a stellar campaign in which he helped Wolves achieve promotion to the Premier League, rumors of his potential exit from the Molineux outfit intensified, even though Neves himself recently said that he enjoyed life at Wolves in a Guardian interview.

Now, the well-informed Portuguese journalist Marcus Alves reveals that Ruben Neves has already decided to join Liverpool in the next transfer window, as he relishes the opportunity to play in the Champions League with the Reds. However, the terms of the transfer are still unknown.

What do you think? Should Liverpool sign Ruben Neves from Wolves or should they turn their attention to other players?
