After impressing at Crystal Palace this year, Wilfried Zaha belives he is ready for another big-money move, despite his previous failure at Manchester United, according to Goal.
It’s only fair to admit that Zaha’s transfer to Manchester United failed miserably, as the winger recorded only four appearances before being sent out on several loans, which ended with the player signing a permanent deal at his current club, Crystal Palace.
However, Zaha has worked tirelessly and the work is starting to pay off – his fantastic performances were instrumental in keeping Crystal Palace in the Premier League and several big clubs are now allegedly interested in acquiring his services.
“I moved away when I was 19, 20. Whatever happened before happened and I have grown mentally,” Zaha said in a Sky Sports News interview.
“So that won’t scare me, if I get the opportunity to move away eventually, that will not scare me because of what happened in the past.”
Manchester City and Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly the front-runners to sign the talented Ivorian winger, but Palace are likely to demand a ridiculous transfer fee to let their best player go.
What do you think? Has the time come for Zaha to look for another big move or should he settle down at Crystal Palace and enjoy his star status there?
